Jessica Nolan, a top-producing broker and marketing strategist, built a multi-million dollar brand from the ground up. Known for her bold branding, creative vision, and business acumen, Jess mentors agents and entrepreneurs to scale their businesses through powerful personal branding and proven systems. Together, Erin and Jess combine elegance with execution—turning experience into impact for those ready to elevate their careers and build lasting success.

Why We Do It

We started The Harlan Group Teaching & Learning Center because we saw a gap in the industry—so many talented professionals were working hard but still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. With Erin’s background in education and leadership, and Jess’s hands-on success building a multi-division real estate brand, we knew we could offer more than just motivation—we could offer a clear path. Our mission is to equip agents, entrepreneurs, and business owners with the tools, strategy, and confidence to grow with intention. We believe success shouldn’t be gatekept—it should be taught, shared, and scaled.
